Exporting Home Club Players Cards to the Golf Manager
Cards entered into the Tourny Manager for Home Club players can be exported as a group and imported into the Golf Manager. Once imported into the GM, they will be added to the next card export for upload to the NZGA web site.
Player Details:
You must have a valid number in the NZGA number field. For home club members you must bring their details over from the GM by using the lookup button. This will also create the correct NZGA number.
Course Details:
Lookup the correct course from the GM and save.
Card Entry:
You must enter cards hole by hole if you wish to export them to the GM.
Card Audit Report:
Please use the Card Audit Report to check all cards have been entered correctly.
Competition Complete:
When the cards have been entered, run your reports as usual to determine the winners.
Export Cards to the Golf Manager:
When all cards have been added, run "Card Export for GM" from the main menu.
This will export all home club players cards and print an audit report.
Import Cards into the Golf Manager:
Then open the Golf Manager
Handicapping
Run "Import TM Cards"
Export to NZGA Web Site:
When the next Export NZGA Card File (nzga.txt) is created, the TM cards will be included in the batch of cards exported.
Upload as usual.
