Automatic Sync Option:
When you open the Club Manager software, you will be asked to run the member services online interface.
Answering yes will upload your membership information to the dotClub website.
The first time this runs it will take some time, up to 30 minutes depending on the speed of your internet connection.
Running the interface again will be much quicker as only changes are synchronised.
Manual Sync Option:
To run the interface once when you are working in the Club Manager software.
Main>Membership>Exports>Member Services Online
