Create Internet Banking File

Once the Direct Debits have been posted - you create an internet banking file to import into your banking software.

From the Direct Debit Menu, Select "Create Internet Direct Debit Banking File"



The date entered must be the same as the "Direct Debit Date" used when you posted the DD Receipts



The Save File window will open, make sure know which folder you are saving the interface file into.

Give the interface file a name, with a .txt extension - e.g. below the filename is memberdd.txt
