If you have a dial up modem opening internet explorer
will start your connection.
If you have broadband, your connection is always live.
You can either use a standard letter and modify it before sending, or you can just type in a message and then send.
To send a standard Email to an individual member. From the member detail screen click on the 'Email' button and the following screen will appear this is where you say yes for a standard letter or no just to write your own message.
The following screen will appear from here you can select the standard letter you require by double clicking on it.
You will now have the following screen appear and this is where you can edit the email and then send it
