We now have the ability to send any report to a PDF file format. A file created in pdf format can then be attached to an email and sent without losing any of the formatting.
To create a file in pdf format you need to have loaded on your computer some additional software. This software loads a special printer driver which you choose when printing a report and it creates the pdf file. You print the report using the PDF writer printer driver and this creates the PDF file. This can then be emailed as an attachment.
The recipient needs to use Adobe Acrobat Reader to view this file. Adobe Acrobat Reader is free and can be downloaded from Adobe using the link on our web site.
