Full Integration Set Up

DO NOT DO THIS UNTIL YOU HAVE SPOKEN WITH CLUBMANAGER

The following items must be completed to set up the full integration:

In the club details screen you have the following screen.

A.	From your Chart of Accounts enter the General Ledger codes for your bank account, GST clearing account and retained earnings account. Your last journal number should be 1.

B.	From your Chart of Accounts you will be able to find your control account ledger codes for the Purchase ledger. Make sure that the zero GST check box is tagged

C.	If you are using the Bar Assessment module you will need to put the Stock on Hand and Stock movement codes in here.

D.	Sundry Debtors have a control account number in your chart of accounts; your receipt code should be your bank account.

E.	Your next invoice and next receipt numbers should be 1. Make sure that the GST inclusive box is tagged and the Prepaid Subs box has your general code in it.

F.	Ensure that your financial year date is correct, the GST rate is set and the GST basis is set. Enter your bank account number ensuring that you don't use any spaces or lines in it.
