Generate Subscription - Individual

If you want to generate a subscription for just one person you can go into the members detail screen and select 'Generate Subscription' button. This will generate all charges that are loaded in the standing charge area. The following screen will appear:

1.Enter the Subscription Date & the Discount date if applicable.  
2.You can also enter a message to the member if you wish.  
3.Then click on the green tick and the following screen will appear

This is where you can choose to cancel the subscription generation - once you have said yes the following screen will appear
generate sub individual print prompt
This is where you can either print the sub notice or not.
