Player Details is where you set up all the players in the tournament. You can either insert the players details by hand or use the Lookup Button.

Lookup
To use Lookup, you must also be using the Golf Manager software.

Click on Lookup
Enter Player Golf Manager membership number e.g 1, 10, 100 or 1000
Click on Enter and the players details including their handicap index will appear
Click on Save

If you wish to run the Card Export for GM later, then you must lookup the player.

player details
Gender      You must set the Gender Flag if inserting by hand

Visitors   These players must be inserted by hand and their scores cannot be exported to the Golf Manager software

Non PlayerIf a player cannot complete the tournament, if you set the Non Player check box their scores will be ignored  
 
Grade   This is set through the Grade Details window  
 
Group   This is set using Group Routines  
 
Team Name   If you wish to use Teams, they must be entered by    hand here  
 
Balance to PayYou can key in the entry fee here and run a report to list who has not paid  
 
Search   Looks for strings in the Players Names and creates a    list  
 
Scores   You can view all the players rounds  
 
Replace CourseChanges the course, used for multi-course tournaments where players play at different courses on different days  

LOOKUPS FROM THE GOLF MANAGER

We have information about the Courses and Home Club members in the Golf Manager software.

Player Details Lookup
Clubs using the Golf Manager software can use the Lookup button on Player Details to copy the membership and handicap index information from the Golf Manager to the Tourny Manager without having to key in the information by hand.
