Check the list to make sure there are no errors in the Direct Debit setups in Membership Details
From the Direct Debit Menu, select Post Direct Debit Payments
The Up Till date is compared with the Next Due date in Membership Details and will post a membership receipt for the member if the Up Till date is later.
Warning: More than one receipt will post if required to bring the system up to date.
The Direct Debit Date - is the date on which all receipts will be posted.
Audit Report:
Once the Direct Debits have posted the system will print an audit report of all receipts posted. You cannot reprint this so make sure you print and archive it - or save to a pdf file.
