From the Bar Management Menu select 'Stock Records'
· 'Code & Description' enter the code you wish to have for this item in the small box then tab across to the large box and enter the items description
· 'Sales Group' enter which sales group you wish this item to link with (remember you must use identical wording)
· 'Supplier' enter the supplier you purchase the item from (optional)
· 'Unit of Assessment' enter the way in which you measure the item i.e. cans of beer = one, or bottles of spirits .1 this is up to you
· 'Cost Price excl. GST' enter the total cost price per unit
· 'Sale Price incl. GST' enter the total sale price per unit
· 'Recorder Level' enter the normal stock level for this item (optional)
· 'Minimum Order Qty' enter in any minimum amount you must order for this item
· 'Opening Stock' if you are setting up a new item then you must enter this figure
· 'Purchases' total units purchased for the period for this item
· 'Closing Stock' total units on hand at the end of the period
· 'Sales Quantity', 'Sales Value', 'Closing Stock Value' & 'Opening Stock Value' will all be automatically calculated by the program
Also from this screen you can produce a current stock list, Sales Analysis by Quantity or dollar value.
